From A Biologist's Perspective
This is the food web for the Eurasian Coniferous Forest.
Here we have a food web for the Eurasian Coniferous Forest.
As the producers we have grass, berries, and trees. Primary composers consist of cotton tail, porcupines, deer, caribou, insects, and moose. Secondary composers consist of minks, ermines, wolverine, and skunks. Tertiary composers consist of great horned owls, snowy owls, arctic foxes, hawks, and snakes. Common known types of trees in this biome would be the conifer trees. The coniferous forest isn't diverse, so there are only a few species of trees. The forest has large herbivores such as moose, elk, beaver, which feed on bark and plants. Those herbivores are pursued by wolverine, lynxes, and grizzly bears. Coniferous forest biomes can be found in the Soviet Union & United States.Conifer means cone-bearing. Conifer trees, or conifers are trees that produce seed cones. Species of pine, hemlock, fir, spruce, and cedar are common in coniferous forest.
